Understandably my last [film] photo posting was a mess, it was partly due to my inexperience and over enthusiasm to get my hands dirty. I played dirty, so I got dirty -- dirty
blue. After that fiasco, I vowed to tame "Joe" my Olympus OM-2 (I named it Joe for Joe Mabalot, the guy who gave it to me). To encourage myself, I even made bold jibs on "conquering the mountain that is Olympus".

As luck would have it, the day after I got a crash course on Film brands, history, and color warmth from Luis Liwanag and Joe Mabalot, I found myself in the middle of the Truth Rally at Roxas Boulevard. It was almost dark and I had a sinking longing for "Prudence" my 400d. I had 10 exposures left in my roll. So I decided to push with it.
This is my
first rally coverage, and
second film shoot. Here are the result of my labors...
Note: Olympus OM-2n, Zuiko 35-70mm, Fuji Superia X-TRA 400, color correction was done on-scanner -40 saturation and +5 contrast.
